We have been asked (by people who have not done this course) for some tips on relationships specifically for men which we have had fun brainstorming. So have a browse, and see what you think.

If they do not transform your dating experience, don’t worry. We know that relationship advice for men and dating advice for men is the not real help most people need in relationships. The need or desire for tips and advice shows that we are frustrated and confused by the relationships we have had and do not really understand what drives deeper meaningful connection. That’s what we want everyone to have. So, enjoy our tips list. They all point towards a better underlying basis for relationships.

  • Overthinking about the relationship can kill the life of a relationship. Let it unfold naturally.
  • Don’t try too hard to not get hurt. If you worry about this you will be less resilient.
  • Analysing the relationship is a mood killer. Don’t spend your time in your head.
  • Listening beats logical.
  • Don’t try to impress your date. It’s a turn off. Being present is much more appealing.
  • Jealousy is insecurity. Don’t let insecurity ruin your relationship.

Yes absolutely. We have found that it’s very common for both men and women to get frustrated with this area of their life. We currently run the groups of women and men separately as we find people are more comfortable sharing in this format.

The London Retreat and USA Retreat pages will tell you when our next retreat starts. If dates are yet to be released for the particular program you’re interested in, please let us know you are interested and we will contact to let you know as soon as we have them.

We love to stay in touch after the course. It’s great to hear how you are getting on, what you are seeing in your life and how this is unfolding in your relationships.

There is always the ability to get extra support after the program. We offer (only to people who have done the program), the resource of booking additional coaching sessions so that you have the guidance you feel you need.

Lila and Susan will be working with you in the group setting for every in person retreat. During the individual coaching calls, you will be working with Susan or Lila. We try to choose a good fit for you but also we do give you a chance to work with both Susan and Lila so you can get a variety of learning styles.

For our Men’s retreat, you will be working with Lila and Aaron Turner.
